Skills for small and medium-sized enterprises that provide welfare and nursing services through simulation based education

There has been 11 simulation based education events in the project so far. Education events have been customized based on the needs of the companies which have partaken in the project. At the beginning of the project the companies have answered a voluntary learning assessment questionnaire. Article based on the results of the questionnaire has been made and it has been accepted for publication to the Clinical Nursing Studies magazine.
