PrimCareIT

PrimCareIT is an international health technology project, led by the South Ostrobothnia Health Care District and coordinated from the South Ostrobothnia Health Technology Development Centre. This flagship project, which started in January 2012, is developed under the umbrella of the “eHealth for Regions” network which is appointed by the Northern Dimension Partnership in Public Health and Social Well-being (NDPHS) as a coordinator of eHealth actions within the EUSBSR. The project is part financed by the Baltic Sea Region Programme 2007-2013, and it brings together 16 institutions from 7 countries – Belarus, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, and Sweden. The project partners represent ICT and health care sector specialists.
